Privacy.

What we collect, what we don't collect, and what you can demand.

I

What we collect.

We measure traffic anonymously from the first second — number of visits, which pages are read, what leads someone to book. This goes via Google Analytics in consent mode, without cookies and without identifiers that can be linked to you.

If you accept cookies, we turn on full tracking from Google Analytics and Meta. This gives us better data on how our ads perform and how people move through the site. If you decline, we continue with anonymous measurement — no pixel, no identifier.

If you book a meeting: name, email, and what you enter yourself, through Google Calendar Appointment Scheduling. This information is used to confirm and hold the meeting, nothing else.

II

What we don't collect.

No heatmaps. No session recordings. We do not track you across other websites. We do not sell data to anyone.

III

If you become a customer.

The agents work against your own API access to your own systems — whatever an agent needs for its job. We do not copy data out to our systems; access tokens are stored locally and can be revoked at any time, in each system separately.

A data processing agreement is signed at setup. We go through it line by line before you sign.

IV

When an agent connects to your systems.

When you connect an agent to a system you use, you authorise the access through that system's own login. The agent is then granted API access to the data it needs for the task — it reads and writes directly in your own system, only to do the work you have asked for, and always after you have approved what it proposes.

What we store on our side is small and local: the access token for your system, kept in a per-client file readable only by the operating user, plus the minimal configuration needed to route your chat to the right place. We do not copy your data out to our systems, do not use it for any other purpose, do not sell it, and do not use it to train models. The token is revocable at any time from your system; revoking it ends the agent's access immediately.

V

Third parties.

Google Analytics — anonymous measurement from the start, full tracking only on consent. Meta (Facebook/Instagram) — ad measurement, only on consent. Google — calendar booking when you click yourself. The systems you connect an agent to — only if you become a customer, and only against your own access.

VI

Your rights.

You have the right to access, correction, deletion, and to withdraw consent. Send an email to ai@agaas.no and we will reply within a reasonable time. Complaints can be directed to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet).

VII

Who is responsible.

Agaas AS (Bergen, Norway) runs this website and the agents. For the data on this site — analytics and meeting bookings — Agaas AS is the data controller. For the work an agent does inside your own systems, you are the controller and Agaas is your data processor, governed by the data processing agreement we sign at setup. Company registration number 837 941 792. Reach us at ai@agaas.no.
