Most accounting systems start low: from around NOK 199 a month. That's an honest price — but it's a price for the tool, not for the work.
Here are the published prices in one place. Note what they share: none of them keeps the books for you.

System price is the published 2026 list price. “The work” is the part that's rarely mentioned — and always comes on top.
All figures excl. VAT, published 2026 list prices. Unimicro is priced through firms with no public consumer price. Firm price for a small business starts around 1,999/mo; actual price varies.
The hidden half
Every price above is for the tool. Vouchers don't post themselves in any of them — someone has to, and that's either you or a firm at around NOK 1,999 a month on top. Counted that way, the traditional route lands at NOK 25,000–30,000 a year for a small business.
Agaas turns the sum around: one system that also keeps the books, from NOK 3,950 a year. Oskar posts, reconciles and prepares the filings. You approve; he does the job.
An accounting system is half the bill. The work is the other half — and it rarely shows in the pricing table.
What it costs with us
Prices per year excl. VAT — bookkeeping and system included. Even the top tier is under half of what a firm plus a system costs for the same work.
